Nursery Under Construction

Ry worked night and day to finish the nursery! Each day off was spent in the former guest room which was under construction for a few weeks! All of our visitors will now be subject to a queen air mattress in the loft (soon to be play room) the next time they're in town:)  Man, those babies really change things!

Of course, we couldn't keep it simple with a coat of paint! The idea of wainscot came to mind and we were off! Needless to say, Ry was able to keep Home Depot in business and get a few new power tools out of the project! He definitely deserved them after this endeavor!

Also, a big thanks to Grandpa Gary who came up to help with new canned lighting and the wainscot!

Here are some "in the process" pics of the nursery! Nice work Daddy-to-be!

Tricky around those windows!

PLEASE make sure the power is off! This kid needs a dad!
